I created an IVR and id like my main company number to connect to it. When I go into the IVR it has to add a direct number but that cost extra. is there a way to have the direct number ring to the IVR?

The call handling for your company main number isĀ 
Auto-Receptionist > general settings > call handling

here you need to select the IVR.

You do not need to add a direct number to the IVR menu in this case, since the main number is routing to it
