Does anyone have a step by step guide to configuration of a VLAN using unifi network hardware and ring central phones? Using poly e350 phones, I changed the VLAN id to 10 on the phone, I believe I changed to VLAN id for the switch port to 10 in the unifi controller. The trunk port to the unifi switch is set to allow all VLANs, and the unified controller has a DHCP server (enabled) for the given VLAN, i.e. 10, so I am at a loss why the poly e350 cannot get an IP address via DHCP, when set at the phone and the switch port to VLAN 10. Surely someone that has unifi (ubiquiti) network equipment has figured this out? Any help greatly appreciated.
