Hi everyone,
Our company has several RingCentral accounts used by different staff members. Right now, all of our text messages go to one main account.
To read or reply to messages, we have to log out of our current account, switch to the main one, handle the texts, and then switch back — which is really inconvenient.
Is there a way to let all users view and respond to texts from the main account without having to constantly switch accounts?
