How can we block a number on a message only extension, please ?

This was a post 2 years ago. I followed advise to block the number on the Super Admin extension, but the call keeps coming though to the Message-Only extension. How can I resolved ?

Like I said, I did just that, but the caller manages to get through at the same number asking the same questions. I also tried going to Message-Only extensions and clicking on the msg. 45/45 for the company name but in there, I don't see an options for blocking the number in there. Only the option via 3 dots, to Download or Forward.

 

Anyone able to assist ?

Hi ​@ActraMil ,

To block a number company-wide, the action must be performed by the main Super Admin account directly in the Admin Portal. Blocking the number from any other extension will only apply to that specific extension, not the entire account. Even if the number appears in the “Blocked numbers” section under the Admin Portal, it must be added by main Super Admin Extension to be effective company-wide.
