I can see that a fax has failed to send - however, I can't seem to find anywhere it would give me the reason why it failed. Am I missing something?

Hi @Zofia Kozlowska, may I know how did you send the fax? Is it thru email or the app?
I have submitted a feature request for this several times with RingCentral but they have yet to implement it. Our previous fax carrier would tell you the failure reason (i.e. No answer, voice call, etc)
