My client is trying to fax me something. My phone just rings, and when I answer, I hear the beeping sound you get when you try to fax to a regular land line number.

Make sure the line is programmed for fax.



How do I do that?  I don't see instructions for that anywhere.

All i signed up for was to be able to fax messages. Navigating this app is impossible


Can you log into your online portal account and check the settings?

To check if number is enable with Fax and call, go to your online account as an Admin, then select the Phone System --> All numbers,

Select the number you want to you want to check :

Make sure you Phone number is configured with Fax
