I’m having this issue currently where even if I’m logged out I will still have a notification from Ring Central showing a call coming through. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and I still get calls, even when I’m not logged into the Ring Central app. I’m on iOS 18.5, It was happening on iOS 18.4 as well.

It’s possible that your mobile number is set up as a forwarding number on your RingCentral extension. If that’s the case, incoming calls to your RingCentral number may still ring your mobile device directly — even if you’re logged out of the app.

It only rings when I have the RingCentral app installed on my device. If I uninstall it, it will stop ringing every call. It only rings for a short second, but does show up and annoy me.

Hi Josh,
I just had this issue and it appears that you can fix it by disabling the “Integrated calling” option under Settings > Phone in the RingCentral app. It will keep the calls from being integrated into your actual Phone app on the iPhone so RingCentral will only call using the app itself.
