How do I get the debug logs for the Android mobile app?

1. Log into your RingCentral Mobile App

2. Activate debug logging by dialing *33284564#


3. A menu will appear for Log Settings. This is where you will switch on Debug logging

4. Reproduce the problem.

5. Return to the Log Settings Menu and select Send log -> Current log (or select the log from the list based on the naming convention which is the date and time in 24 hour format) -> Send log via e-mail

6. Switch off Debug logging from the Log Settings Menu. You can also delete the recent log from your phone if you wish.




How do I get the debug logs for the iOS mobile app?

1. Log into the RingCentral Mobile App

2. Activate debug logging by dialing *33284564#.


3. You will then be brought to a screen that shows a list of logs (if there are any currently). From this menu select the More option in the upper left-hand corner. Then select Turn on Debug Logging and then select Done.


4. Reproduce the problem.

3. Return to the Debug Menu and select the newest log in the list (or select the log from the list based on the naming convention which is the date and time in 24 hour format) -> Send via email and enter your personal email address so that the Debug Log is delivered to you.

4. Switch off the Debug logging by selecting More -> Turn Off DebugLogging -> Done
