Need help with integration Plantronics Headset to RingCentral

I want to be able to answer calls using the call control buttons directly on my headset.

I've downloaded Plantronics Hub, which recognizes that my headset (Voyager Focus UC) is connected. But on my RingCentral app/settings, it just says "Headset ready to connect" and doesn't show the Voyager on here. Is it just supposed to look like the following image?

Additionally, on Plantronics Hub, it doesn't show me RingCentral as an option for "Target Softphone". How do I get the Hub to recognise RingCentral? Please see image below.
