Hello, we have an after hours line set up to send a notification via email and SMS when someone leaves a voicemail. This works most of the time, though in some cases we do not receive an SMS notification. We're sure that everything is set properly on our end though we don't know why the issue keeps occurring. Any help would be appreciated!

This is not after hour setting, for voicemail you need to check the Notifications tab and then Messaging notifications as below:

and make sure By Email and By SMS both are checked.

Sometimes SMS and emails may not be there due to network issues. If you still face the issue you may contact support for investigation
