We have a user that sometimes work remote. He has 2 desktops along with 2 headsets. When he makes an outgoing call there is no dial tone. when the person he calls answers neither knows any call was answered until the last minute. We tested new headsets, ran driver/windows updates. This only happens when working from home. In office it is fine. I tried clearing the cache, and reinstalling the web version.

Through both Max agent and ringcentral through chrome, the music plays when making a call then stops.

Not sure what else to try. There is no setting i can find regarding this. any ideas?
