Outlook Contacts - Notes being cut off

I have my contacts from Outlook linked to RingCentral.  I’m having two issues with notes.

First, Notes field seems to be limited to 100 characters in RingCentral
Second, Notes field removes all new-line characters which makes the notes hard to read.

Is there a way to work around these limitations?
