Poly ATA 400 Provisioning issue

Hi, 

Any help would be gratefully appreciated!

 

Due to OBi302 not available, i am attempting to provision a poly 400 ATA.

 

Existing provisioning tools do not seem to match configuration changes required in portal. I have also attempted manually configuring SIP but think I may be missing something!

Hello ​@liam.clarke,

 

Since the Poly 400 series handles SIP profiles slightly differently than the older OBi devices, manual configuration can be tricky. While manual SIP configuration is possible, I highly recommend reaching out to RingCentral Tech Support. We have a dedicated Phone Provisioning Team specifically trained to handle these hardware transitions.
