i am in Canada. I had the prompt to updated RingCentral this morning, after it reopened after the update, RC app keeps loading. I have tried to close and open it few times, but no luck. Please le me know if anyone has a fix.

Just got the update prompt and refreshed.  Worked fine for me.  Maybe try rebooting the PC, and if that doesn't resolve it, uninstall the app then reinstall it?
its is resolved by just ending the task in task manager and reopening RC app.
