Hi @communitymgrtx,

I’ve put together a step-by-step guide that may fix the issue.

1: Check the Specific RingCentral Dialer Setting

The RingCentral app has a specific setting that can override the system's default dialer. This is distinct from the "open supported links" feature you already adjusted.
- Open the RingCentral app.
- Tap on Settings.
- Select Phone.
- Look for a setting titled "Default phone app for calling".
- Ensure this setting is not set to "Use RingCentral Phone".

2: Clear RingCentral's App Defaults

If the first step doesn't work, we need to tell the Android system to "forget" that RingCentral was ever the default app for phone calls.
- Open your phone's main Settings app.
- Go to Apps or Apps & notifications.
- Find and tap on RingCentral.
- Select Open by default.
- Tap Clear default preferences.
After you perform this action, the next time you tap a phone link in Chrome, your phone should prompt you to choose which app to use for the call. Select your native phone app and choose "Always."

3: Clear Chrome's App Data (If Needed)

There's a small chance that Chrome has its own internal preference that's causing the issue. Clearing its data can force it to reset its link-handling behavior.
- Open your phone's main Settings app.
- Go to Apps.
- Find and tap on Chrome.
- Select Storage & cache.
- Tap Clear storage.
This action will reset Chrome's settings and clear its cache but will not delete your bookmarks or passwords.

            Hi @communitymgrtx,
Circling back on this. Did the guide above helped with the issue you were seeing?
