I was on https://support.rincentral.com/download.html site looking for the RingCentral Phone download but am only able to find RingCentral App for End-Users. Where was the RingCentral Phone download moved to?
In our situation the full RingCentral app does not work for our receptionists.

The dedicated RingCentral Phone app (SoftPhone) is being retired and phased out. Therefore, the download link is being removed, and users are officially directed to use the full RingCentral desktop app or the web app instead.

Due to the amount of hours that we are open we have several receptionists that cover different shifts. The receptionists are not assigned to the phone for this reason and share a pc. The full app and web app require MFA. In our scenario MFA is impossible.
