RingCentral Service Outage

Our phone system is completely offline. No email from RingCentral, just the following message on service status. I am unable to contact customer support because their phones and chat are also down. 

 

Has this ever happened to anyone before? If so, how long were they down? This is completely unacceptable.

We are experiencing the same exact issue. Our phone system is down across the board (incoming/outgoing) and efforts to reach their support are futile.

We are experiencing the same issue, their main number not working, nor the chat.  Very frustrating.  NO notification at all.

What is the expected eta? Any suggested work arounds to be able to reroute incoming calls? What is causing this issue?

Medical practice in Las Vegas, phones down inbound and outbound. Not good!

We are having the same issues in Phoenix. Not much information yet.  No pathway to speak to or chat with Support. My project manager (this is still a pretty new system for us) confirmed they are working to figure out the issue, but no ETA provided yet.

Is there any work around to forward all incoming calls to an outside cell phone number?

All calling and customer support is down in KS too. Intra-office messaging is functional.
At first we were able to receive voicemails and then call out to return, but neither of those is working now either.

@JBurden3 You may be able to do that if you have access to the app: Settings > Incoming call rules > Forward all calls > (select the item, don’t just flip the switch on) Forward the call > custom number/Number/preferred number if it was in the contact list.

We’re so sorry about the current outage. This is so rare and know that our internal teams are working to resolve this ASAP. 

Please stay tuned, as we will be posting a thread here in the Community to keep you all in the loop. 


DOWN in CT as well. Cannot receive or make calls or reach anyone in support anyway. Totally unacceptable.

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Businesses depend on them for service, they are costing us money!

Having problems, Calgary, Canada.  No incoming, outgoing calls.  Same with faxes.

It’s been like this since 2 hours ago.

 

Any update?!? 


Here in a Flooring Company in Santa Clara California we are experiencing the same issue too the phone system is down i can’t seem to make any inbound or outbound calls i really need this to be fixed! since i need to continue working and calling my clients!

 

I think i called customer service like 10 times nobody could hear me and i was hang up on! i can even submit a case online or chat to anybody online! this is terrible!

Clarksville Tennessee full outage also. All internet and cellular services functioning but RING Central is down.

How does Ringcentral plan on reimbursing its customers for time loss during the outages? This is indeed a very dangerous situation for any medical practice. As a private psychiatric clinic in Houston this is a HUGE liability. We are literally working with people who already have trust and abandonment issues. We also have to address serious situations from patients who are dealing with side effects or prevent life threatening situations from occurring. Patients aren’t even able to get our notice that our lines are down.

@sara-3 We are a cancer practice in Las Vegas...this is bad!!
