SMS Campaigns: Multiple users in an SSO environment

We’ve got an approved SMS campaign for some emergency alerting going on with the company I support. We’ve got one designated DID that all messages are slated to come from, but a total of 7 employees who will need access to that DID to send messages in the event of an emergency. What’s the best practice or what are folks using out there to provide access to a single DID for multiple parties within the RingCentral tenant?

If you want multiple team members to have access to a single number for texting, the best approach is to use RingCentral’s Advanced SMS Inbox. This feature is designed specifically for that purpose and is the official, native solution for a shared team texting inbox.
