I am trying to register my SMS campaign on my account. However, it was rejected due to error saying Brand name does not match the DBA name registered. It actually clearly matches so if community manager can reach out to me, that would be great. Thanks

Can you please DM me your RingCentral account number and the details of your SMS campaign registration? Once I have that, I’ll check what’s going on and why it was rejected.

Hi Mary, Thank you for responding. I noticed its approved now.  However, I am able to send messages to certain numbers and not able to send to other. Do you know how can I resolve this issue?   sent you account #

Thanks for the update, and I'm glad to hear the account is approved!

To better understand what might be happening, could you please answer a few questions for me?

  • Are the numbers you're unable to message all on the same carrier (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile)?
  • Are you getting any specific error messages when the texts fail to send, or do they just appear as "undelivered"?

  1. I tested sending messages to ATT and T-Mobile. Its taking 8-10 min to get the message delivered. I am not able to send to Verizon number I tried. I am getting an error message saying ‘Sorry, we are having trouble sending your message. Please try again’.  
  2. Not getting ‘undelivered’ as of yet.
