I am trying to register my SMS campaign on my account. However, it was rejected due to error saying Brand name does not match the DBA name registered. It actually clearly matches so if community manager can reach out to me, that would be great. Thanks

Thanks for the update, and I'm glad to hear the account is approved!

To better understand what might be happening, could you please answer a few questions for me?

  • Are the numbers you're unable to message all on the same carrier (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile)?
  • Are you getting any specific error messages when the texts fail to send, or do they just appear as "undelivered"?

  1. I tested sending messages to ATT and T-Mobile. Its taking 8-10 min to get the message delivered. I am not able to send to Verizon number I tried. I am getting an error message saying ‘Sorry, we are having trouble sending your message. Please try again’.  
  2. Not getting ‘undelivered’ as of yet.
