I recently received a text message soliciting me to apply for a job. How do I block the number(s) and report them as spam. The directions in help do not work. The three ellipses did not contain a Block or Block & Report Spam option.

open the RingCentral Super admin account.  goto Phone tab. the open Blocked Numbers.

from here enter the phone number and click save to block this number from calling or faxing or SMS anyone on your tenant.

    We are also getting those calls, just started this week. Driving our providers crazy.
