TCR Rejection - Error CR2010

Hi. I called into RingCentral, spoke to the TCR specialists, made their recommended changes, and submitted my TCR registration twice now. I received error CR2010 both times - “brand website references charitable donations and declared use case is not charity”. Before I call in again, I decided to research that error code with other phone providers and apparently, their registration has the use case “charity” but RingCentral’s registration form doesn’t. What use case am I to use then? Please help. Thank you.
