We recently switched to Ring Central and we are working out all the details. Our old system would show you were on the phone with who and give you options while you were on the phone to transfer, put on hold, etc. If you were on a desk phone, or using your cell phone. Is that something that Ring Central can accommodate? We have several people that several remote users that can use the mobile app, but it would be easier to have the call on their desktop within their app to show the options.

Yes - when you are in a call, on the dial pad screen you'll see all the options, as well as a 'More ...' It will allow you do add calls, transfer, call flip (my favorite) etc.
