Is there a way that users can log into and out of a call group/queue themselves without having to contact an admin? We have a revolving list of people who are "on call" and answer an emergency line. We would like for them to be able to log in/out of the call group without admin intervention.

Yes - it's part of the Call Queue already.

Under the call queue in question - expand the Call Handling, and you want to set the ability of that Queue's members to Allow them to alter their status. This then shows up in the mobile app and desktop under their Profile - Manage Queues:1701281463728.png

They can then toggle on/off as needed.

If they are members of other queues that have the ability to toggle - then they would see all the queues in that pop-up.
