After redirecting my browser to the new RingCentral app (and even after downloading the desktop application) I log in successfully but I keep getting a button in the middle of my screen saying "Try to reconnect". Despite the several number of times I have pressed this button, I keep getting it back.

I have tried to reinstall the desktop app, clear all of my cookies and browser history, use an incognito browser mode and all these followed by several PC restarts, but still nothing.

@Fotis Oikonomou We've not heard about this issue. It might be wise to reach out to Support directly to identify what the issue is with a bit of troubleshooting. Please let us know if we can assist further!
