nope :(. Wish there was though.

There is a RingCentral SMTP server but it only supports email to fax at the moment. Email to text/SMS is not supported.

If you want to do this today, you can use a service like Zapier where you create an email trigger, e.g. using Gmail, and then create a RingCentral SMS.
