Share audio does not appear in desktop for screen share.

I'm looking for the ability to share a video with sound in a video meeting. I can share the application window, but there's no option to share any audio on that screen that comes up to select the window, nor can I find anywhere else in settings or preferences that address the audio selection to be "internal source" as stated in this answer: https://community.ringcentral.com/questions/29241/ringcentral-meetings-screen-share-audio-request.html

I also cannot see a Basics and Advanced tab, as pictured here: https://support.ringcentral.com/article/8256.html

This feature is not currently available in Ring Central Video. The documentation you are referencing is for Ring Central Meetings, which is a seperate platform.

I contacted support about sharing audio/video during a video conference and was told that this feature is not yet available and that they are working on it. No timeline was given.

This workaround provides the functionality until it is added to the desktop app. Just go to v.ringcentral.com and start your meeting from there. When you share your screen, you are given the option to also share audio. Note: you must use Chrome or Edge browser for this... Firefox will not work.
