RingCentral Meetings Screen-share Audio Request

US based company. Use RingCentral to communicate with team and for trainings. During the presentation, we attempted to screen-share a video with audio. The participants were unable to hear the audio at there respective locations. This is feature is available with Zoom why is it not available with RingCentral? Being able to screen share audio is a necessary feature for our organization. community upvote requested. ringcentral high priority request.
