Creating a workflow to send a response when our main number receives an SMS

Our automation was recently migrated to a Company Workflow but no longer works.  When I go in to edit it, it says the highlighted number can’t be used.  That highlighted number is our main number and that is what we need to be able to receive the text message and respond.  Oddly enough if I create My Workflow, the company number is available but the problem it sends all the notifications to my user, not to our main company user Front Right Desk.

 

How can I create an autorespond worflow that responds to our main company number but sends the notifications to the Front Right Desk user?  This is how it use to work when it was set up as an Automation.
