Can I send a text in response to an IVR key-press?

is there a way for someone to call my business after hours and by pressing 1 get a text link to my appointment scheduler on my website

Yes, I have done the text message pointing my scheduler on my site. Mine does it 24X7 but I’m pretty sure you can also do it by schedule with the call menus.

Ok, thanks for your help….I called Ring Central directly before adding my question here and spoke to them and they told me this could not be done...So I am surprised they were not aware of this or could help me…..
