+1There has yet to be a method to do this natively in RingCentral. Though there is an existing feature request. https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/CUSTCOM-I-3450. Please vote!
You can also achieve the same effect by using SSO and disabling the ability of users to sign in using RingCentral credentials and then setting a password expiration via the IDP.
