Any ideas on why App Connect is not logging calls in Bullhorn?  It does for some calls, not others. It works from some users in my office and not others.   I have read all the documentation, checked settings for all users to ensure it should be logging.  Also checked to make sure contact and number is correct. Funny thing, the unlogged contact when clicked on in the app will take me to the correct record in Bullhorn, but there is no logged note.

@lewist It sounds like you are doing all the right things, including reading the documentation (thank you BTW, we spend a lot of time trying to make that better). So the following advice might not help. If it doesn’t DM me so we can schedule time together. 

  1. Use “managed settings” to enable automatic call logging across the org. 
  2. Make sure all users have App Connect installed and open. App Connect generally cannot log calls for people who have not installed App Connect. 
  3. Or, as an admin, setup server-side call logging - which will enable logging for everyone, even if they don’t have App Connect installed. We recommend everyone have App Connect installed - as it allows them to log the calls that can’t be logged automatically.
