No issue with RingCentral Video with mic or Speaker.   With RingCentral App Connect user can receive calls and hear and speak.   When making calls, they can not hear and believe the person called can not hear.

Added external Mic and speaker to get inbound calls working.

Hi ​@GDG1379 From description, it may be related to unstable network connection to call server. If you have firewall or network policy locally, you will need to add whitelist for “stun1.ringcentral.com:19302” .

For audio device, can you help to check your audio device setting in App Connect’s settings → audio settings page. Any screenshots are appreciated. We also found a default device issue from Chrome recently. It is recommended to select audio device with exact name (no default in label).
