Bullhorn logs inbound Call Group call as 5 seconds instead of actual duration, and NoteTaker notes do not sync

Hi,

We are seeing an issue with the RingCentral / Bullhorn integration for an inbound call received through a Call Group.

One of our users received a call through our Marketing Executive Search Call Group. The user advised that the call lasted approximately 12 minutes, but Bullhorn logged the activity as only 5 seconds.

The user also turned on NoteTaker during the call. The notes were amended and saved, but the NoteTaker notes did not transfer correctly to Bullhorn.

Has anyone seen this behaviour before with RingCentral App Connect and Bullhorn, especially for inbound calls received through a Call Group?

We are trying to understand whether this is more likely to be related to Call Group logging, App Connect/Bullhorn sync, NoteTaker sync, or extension/user-level logging behaviour.

Any guidance on what logs or settings should be checked would be appreciated.
