While the calls are made using the RC extension, the cal logs are not automatically added in the BullHorn app. 

My team has to manually enter the logs. 

RC also automatically disconnects and the recruiter has to reconnect to the RC app.

Many users have reported this and we are actively looking into this problem. A attempted patch (v1.3.7) was released several hours ago. Hopefully it’ll resolve the issue.


The issue still exists. Some of the users are still facing issues with “no automatic logs being added after the call is made using the RC app” and “RC is disconnected from BullHorn”.


The version has been updated to 1.3.7, and the issue still exists...


@Nazeeb D This issue is widely reported by many users and it’s the No.1 priority I’m working on now. I’ll release an attempted patch today. Please give it a try tomorrow.

@Nazeeb D We recently released version 1.3.8, which is showing to help alleviate this problem. I want to assure you though that we are working to resolve this issue, and commit to being transparent with the community on our progress. You can find frequent updates in our community.

I would love to hear from you after you upgrade to 1.3.8 to see if things improve for you.

@Nazeeb D Somehow I can’t see the image.

 

Any pattern for the issue? Does it happen all the time or randomly? Does manual logging work?
