Connection issues with Clio

I am having connection issues with the ringcentral app and Clio.  Once I connect and allow access it tells me that it cannot load user information. 

How can I get this resolved?

I’ve replied your email. But I’ll post the same content here in case other users have the similar problem:
 

Looks like a permission issue.

 

It would require User: Read permission for your current user role. 

 

It's the first time I get this issue report. I've looked at Clio's setting, but there's no clear permission that controls only User: Read. I'll ask Clio for more clarification. In the meantime, temporary workaround would be having admin user assign Admin role to you.
