If we install the App Connect in Chrome, connect it with Pipedrive, and then never open the App Connect plugin again, will it still automatically sync calls and texts to the Pipedrive deals? For example, if I have a salesperson who solely uses RingCentral on their smartphone, are there extra steps that have to be taken to sync the calls and texts from RC to PD?
Or do you have to keep App Connect open? Or only make calls/texts from the plug in?
