On RingCentral I have set the group to have certain settings that allow for the team’s calls to be automatically posted to our ATS Bullhorn. Several team members have been reporting issues where their extension is resetting to the default settings and is even giving them admin access on the extension. 

I raised a ticket and was asked to post here, so I would appreciate assistance as people should not be able to access admin privileges on accident. 

I am not sure about your problem. What is the ticket number?
