Starting last week (about the 8th or 9th of April) we have an issue that’s appeared. We are using Netsuite as our CRM, and when an agent has the RingCentral AppConnect plugin enabled in their browser every time they enter a part number into a sales order or quote, it will show a lot of extra information.
For example the part: WET-4410331 will become:
WET<rc-c2d-number data-c2d-context="{"phoneNumber":"-4410331"}" style="color: rgb(238, 238, 238);">-4410331</rc-c2d-number> FRONT OVER THE HUMP FLOOR LINER 23-25 S/DUTY EXTENDED/CREW CAB
Everything still works fine, it’s just very annoying for our agents. As soon as we disable the AppConnect plugin, everything works fine.
