I just encountered the same problem that was addressed about 1 year ago ( https://community.ringcentral.com/app-connect-22/failed-to-get-api-key-in-redtail-crm-9898?tid=9898&fid=22) - Trying to connect Redtail CRM (No other redtail product) to Ringcentral on the Ringcentral App Connect. I TYPED my working REDTAIL credentials into the fields and it still returned the 2 messages “Failed to Register API key” and “User not found”. I have this working on my old laptop, which I am retiring. This is happening on my new desktop where I do have Ringcentral operating already. I have downloaded the 2 chrome extensions already. Help Please
