Which sites are required for RingCentral and NetSuite to work correctly, so I can restrict this extension's access to only the relevant sites? Thanks - Jim

@Jimc123456789 It should be made more clear that this preference does not impact App Connect’s ability to function at its core level. It controls the following:

  • Where will the App Connect badge appear
  • Where will click-to-dial functionality exist

So technically, the answer to your question is no sites are technically required. But I would simply input the following: “netsuite.com” - that should enable c2d and the AC badge for all netsuite.com domains.
