How to install App Connect to another user's account?

I am able to access this app on one browser but I am not able to do it on another browser
How to add the RingCentral App Connect inside another user’s account.

​@PIT Drives Wanting to wrap this question up if you have a chance to chime in. But in short, installing App Connect can be done manually from the person’s machine via the browser marketplace. If you are an IT admin wanting to install App Connect remotely - that is really not within our direct area of expertise. I would consult the knowledge bases of Microsoft and Google for the respective browser.

Which browser are you using? App Connect is available for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

You can install the extension by navigating to the Chrome Web Store or Microsoft Edge Add-ons.
