Users have recently started complaining that their extension will not open when clicked on. The specific user who brought this to my attention this morning, I had removed the extension and re-added it to their chrome and this resolved the issue on Friday of last week. Hoping for a solution as this obviously makes the App Connect plugin useless. 

Should have noted, I have noticed on my computer, when I attempt to click on the plugin without a tab of Netsuite open, it doesn’t want to open. User has a Netsuite tab open and is trying to open from that tab


Upon further review, it looks like this was an error on the CSR’s end. I just got a chance to check the issue out for myself, and the window had been shrunk to 0%, so user could not see the window. False alarm
