RingCentral App Connect and Bullhorn - Call transferring situation

Hi

We have had a question raised by our users to understand what happens with the logging and AI note taking with the Bullhorn integration when a user accepts a call and then transfers it to another user.

They want to know if this will be tracked on the user who answered the call or ended the call?

Will the AI Transcription know the call has transferred and identify the caller is still the caller and not the user who transferred the call?

Thanks

Ben

@Bencharlton As it turns out, inside of RingCentral this will be consider two separate calls and thus two different transcripts will be produced. So inside of Bullhorn you will see two notes added, one for each person the candidate/contact spoke to. They can be correlated via their “telephony session ID”, which you can log to Bullhorn if you choose.

And yes, it will maintain the right context - identifying the original caller as the caller in both legs of the call (the telephony session).
