Our team’s CRM is Bullhorn and we are having issues with logging SMS messages. We are using version 1.3.1, which I believe is the latest version. When manually clicking the log button, we are not being redirected to the next page. The interface remains on the same page and loads as if it is going to log the messages, but ultimately does not log. We have tried turning on the auto log feature and that has not worked either. We have signed out and signed back into Bullhorn & the extension, have cleared our cache, and have uninstalled the extension and reinstalled. Any recommendations regarding troubleshooting are appreciated.

That’s a known issue. I’ve fixed it and created a Chrome store submission. It’s now under Google’s review. ETA would be early next week. 


@smhyde FYI - new version 1.3.2 released, with the fix to this problem. Please try it and let me know if there’s any issue
