SMS Text in/outbound Issues

Cannot send sms and calls out are dropping. 

I am also experiencing SMS issues both inbound and outbound.  I called tech support, and they opened up a support ticket. Apparently, the engineers are aware.

Inbound/outbound texts are not going through for us either… This has been a constant issue but today is the worst. Hopefully they can resolve this ASAP. Might be time to switch to Zoom Phone.

Same here. No outbound texts are being delivered.
