Why are my Pipedrive calls are not logging?

App Connect is not allowing us to log calls in Pipedrive for new calls. App Connect spins for a moment and then takes us back to the call history tba without call being logged. I have updated, uninstalled, reinstalled App Connect numerous times, but to no avail.

Hello

 

We’ve installed the chrome extension and can make calls, however it doesn’t log the call in the deal itself and we’d like a link to the recording

@HitsMistry86 It might be that the authorization became invalid. Please try to auth it again and try.

For me, after I do a fresh install it will work for a week or two, then sign itself out and each rep that uses it needs to reinstall it including the extension all over again, until two weeks later when it signs it out again.

@sccommander Got it. Let me investigate it. I’ll try and patch it next week in version 1.6.5
