With the new RingCentral extension, I can no longer hover over a telephone number and dial on websites including my CRM.

 

Can you fix it?

Could you go to user setting → General → Enabled domains and share the config of it? Thanks!

The warning on top says that you are not connected to Clio account yet, which means this user setting might not be the actual setting data.

Please connect to Clio and then check out this page. If your page looks something like this:

 

 

Allow by default + a Clio url. If that’s the case, please remove that clio url and save. Then try again for Click-to-dial.

@dakong I know she’s not connected, I just needed to send you a screenshot and she was the only one not in the middle of something. I did go to someone else today and grabbed the screenshot from them: 

One of our paralegals said that this issue was fixed as of this morning...not sure if this is fixed for everyone though or if it was a temporary fix?
