I have created a very generic JIRA webhook, the only thing inside is JQL to specify the project that the issue must be assigned to. I then went into my workflows and added a post action to this webhook for anytime the issues status is changed to "Launched". However my glip team chat is not showing any updates from this webhook? If I update the webhook to work off of the event "issue updated" then my team chat shows the notifications just fine. I tested pointing the webhook to another service just to see if it is sending any data from the transition and it definitely is. I can see lots of JSON data coming through.Is there any trick to getting my glip team to recognize these updates and display them in chat?

Is there anyway to prevent RC App from connecting to the service unless the user is sitting on our local network?Basically, we don't want users to access their RC App from any other device (other than company supplied) or outside networks. We are a healthcare operation with very tight security for HIPAA and other alphabet soup compliance.We develop our own apps that either ping a local IP (private) address to determine they are on our network, others that can detect the equivalent of 'WhatsMyIP' and match result to our public IP. When I try to add an extension for testing in the sandbox environment, there is a $4.95 charge per extension. Since this is for testing only, that does not seem reasonable. How can I add an extension just to test a sandboxed app?

Hello,I was curious if it would be possible to enable the capability to include pauses and prompt responses into RC contacts to bypass auto-receptionists. iPhones can insert commas in contact numbers to do this. I am trying to get us set up correctly and am struggling to figure it out. We have multiple incoming lines, and different lines have a different call flow. I understand that to accomplish this the system needs to be set up as a multi-level IVR. I would like the auto attendant to answer along the lines of "Thank you for calling, if you know your party's extension you may dial it at any time. Press zero for the operator, press one for sales, press 2 for support etc, press nine for the dial by name directory." I am told that if I have a multi-level IVR enable I can't have the "press zero for the operator, press 9 for the dial by name directory" Is that true? Is there a work around to this?

My impression of a REST server is that I can send a GET or POST to a REST server, and the REST server sends back a response. There is nothing in between. However, am I understanding the RingCentral situation to be different? Do I have to 1) create an "app" 2) find out the Client ID and Secret of that app 3) then send a POST or a GET to the app, and the app talks to the REST server?I'm trying to understand why, every "app" I create has a different client ID and secret, and yet my developer account has it's own username and password, which is different again. I can't figure out what values to put where in my URL, or in a Postman POST command. I always get an "Invalid creds" error.Can someone make a working Postman session, save it, then send it to me, so I know what I'm supposed to put where? The fax In production right now, and already set up real account number with my website, so when someone submit the order, the website will automatic send fax to a real line. The problem is can't customize cover sheet, the frist page is look like unprofessional, and waste too much paper, because the note is on the second pages.
