Multiple Logins for One Extension

When attempting to start a meeting, the meeting crashes and gives the error code: 3010I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Ring Central Meetings. Im on Windows 10. 

when you are driving on the roads, you get a text msg in Ringcentral phone app. You want to notify your client that you are driving and will get back to them when you stop the car or pull over to the side. Can we add that function in the Ringcentral phone app?

I have added 3 new users, phones, digital lines. I ordered the phones separately from the user creation. It made if difficult to complete and assign phones. One support tech had me change the newly created user to use a soft phone app. The next tech when i had to do the 2nd one a day later had me unassign the recently created number.. I did this backwards and I'm looking for the proper documentation to adding new line of service with a desk phone.

Our customer service team has been using the Phone app pretty regularly to text our customers. They've been adding them in the contact directory to keep track. Going forward, they will also be using Glip for the team features. However, what they've noticed is that the customers they've texted before show up under the People section in Glip, but only their phone numbers, not their names. Why doesn't Glip pull the corresponding names from the Phone app? Or am I missing something?

CRM integration,I like may other SME's in the UK use ACT! CRM. Are there any plans to have Seamless integration between the RingCentral phone system and ACT! CRM

Phones are down and voices are so garbled not able to speak. Confirmed that our internet is working fine. 2 phones are unaffected. We need a high level of support help! Who can we call???

When we make inbound call to account number(when call is going its not ask extension) the call is connecting but there is no webhook event for that call.

When i Try to start or join a meeting i get error code 3010...Why is that?

I have a current RingCentral account, and want to add a new line to the account with 2 extensions on that new line. Ext 1 will ring on my cell phone, ext 2 will ring on another employees cell phone. Please advise best way to do this.

When I am on the website, I click the small arrow but no sounds from the recording playback - I have to dwnload the mp3 file and play it to hear the msg. This was working before but not now - using Firefox 65.0.2 - any clues to fix this?

When answering a call via a soft phone, I want to transfer a call to another team member and click the warm transfer button. If the number I am calling is a mobile and it goes to their voicemail, I can get back to the original call but is there any way I can end the call to the team member. It seems to just leave it in limbo until I have completed the call. There is no end call button for the team member. Am I missing something?

I'm using the SMS subscription event and attempting to pull the details of outbound messages from the message store. This works fine if it's a single SMS, but if messages are being sent in relatively rapid succession (say three messages over the span of 25 seconds), I'm seeing the event looks like thislastUpdated: '2019-03-01T16:45:32.899Z',changes: [ { type: 'SMS', newCount: 2, updatedCount: 1 } ] }Trying to filter the message store by either the time stamp or the newCount ends up missing one (or more) of the messages. I could subtract a given value from the timestamp, but that then runs the risk of pulling in duplicated values.Anyone with some insight into this?

ATA Re connection Issue Every time I lose internet service for a second, surge or whatever, The ATA router never reconnects. Calling tech support does nothing as they follow the script of turn it off and on. Obviously an issue as it happens every time I have a momentary drop in internet service.

We recently upgraded to RingCentral for Salesforce v6. I am noticing an issue where if the same phone number for a contact is in two places on that contact (i.e. Home & Cell) it doesn't link to the contact but treats it as a multi-contact match (even though it isn't). In v5 this issue didn't exist and I can't find anything different in my config that would cause this.How do I solve for this?

We've been using the RC api to post conversations to glip. Some of the posts included images. To implement images, we used the "Attachments" feature outlined here:https://devcommunity.ringcentral.com/ringcentraldev/topics/new-glip-features-post-attachments-and-th...It worked great and showed the images inline in chat.However, a few weeks ago (not exactly sure when), all posts that contain attachments quit working.I finally got around to debugging and can see that it is because RC/Glip is returning a 400 Bad Request error with the message: "Parameter "attachments" is invalid".I tried getting a post to go through using the api explorer using attachments and I can't get that to work either.Did something break with attachments? I'm pretty sure the format of our payloads to the api didn't change.

We are in the process of migrating to RingCentral for several sites. At one site I am trying to set up a line that will only be used to dial in to a paging system by users located physically at the same site. According to RC support, as soon as we connect hardware to a line (Cisco SPA122 in this case) a DID is required. The problem is that I dont want external calls to be able to reach the paging system. The only way I can see to get the setup I need, is to enable "block all calls" on the paging line, and then populate the approved numbers list with every number at that particular site (not many so not an issue).Is this the best way to set this up? Is there really no way to generate an internal only "virtual extension" that we can point to the SPA122? Or to just block external access to the DID?Follow up question, if this is indeed the correct path, will the approved users be able to dial the paging line using the direct extension? Or only via the full number?Sorry

When i go to resend a failed fax, it reformats the number to international and gives me this response... i have to go in and manually re-enter the number... any ideas what is going on? Thank you

Hello, with the most recent update, I am unable to listen to recordings on Ring Central in one window and do anything else on my computer in another Edge Window. In fact, I can't go to Outlook or Work or Excell and listen to the recording at the same time. This is a big problem. It worked yesterday without a problem, but today is hopeless. Can something be done to restore things to how they were before the update so that these recordings will play without having to be right at the window on your computer?

MMS does not seem to work for Canadian phone numbers. Is there any way around this?

Hi , i am facing issues in joining ring central meeting client . When the host joins, it becomes stuck and atlast gives the error code '104113'. Somedays it works perfectly, but some days it does not . It has become a serious issue and client has already escalated it.
