The customer decided to migrate from an old PBX to the cloud with Ring Central.

I did the new configuration of a client. As part of the migration, the customer will port the DID numbers to Ring Central.

The client has some numbers with the service provider, which are the numbers that direct the emergency calls to this software dispatch for 911 calls.

Currently, the 911 software requires the configuration with the ISP and the client through an IP address that communicates between the two platforms or that communicates through a SIP trunk.

Since Ring Central is a cloud software. In this case, how could Ring Central be configured if we do not have an IP or a SIP trunk?
